"The negative comments that get made, one guy didn't show up for work for being sick and our boss was saying how he cant stand the guy for not showing up, they arent very understanding when it comes to being sick or emergencies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They keep to themselves about how they feel about employees if it is negative and not share it with the employees, if it doesnt involve them."

What do you like about working at Discount Tire?

"The job was easy."

"You won't get hired until you interview with the CFO. I may take several weeks."

What don't you like about working at Discount Tire?

"Medicore benefits. Have to wear a tie. Private company with no profit sharing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Directors and above get a free car other employees get $300 bonus a year. Share the wealth evenly! Adopt a casual dress code."
