"Stop depending on freelancers to do the work of full time staffers."

"Digitas was the first agency I worked in after college. It was a good introduction to working in an agency atmosphere and they gave me the opportunity to do new business pitches which was great. If their focal point wasn't pharma, this place would be ideal for young entry-level designers."

What do you like about working at Digitas?

"The culture is great and supportive. It's not too busy and you can always find a quiet place to focus. It's also really collaborative and I like that."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Digitas is filled with some pretty genius people, but also people who ended up there because they didn't have anything else to do with their business degree. You really have to have a passion for it or be okay with just doing it for the money."

What don't you like about working at Digitas?

"It's hard to feel like you're doing something important. In the end, you're trying to convince people that buying a pair of shoes will change their lives."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd make pitches less one-note. We're still using really out-dated methods of advertising and a lot of people aren't familiar with newer methods. We need to focus less on focus groups and stereotypes and more on creating individual relationships with our customers and products."
