"The entire company was mismanaged after Maddern left."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire all management from the top down and rehire! Reopen Newark plant. The people that were there really cared about the Company's future. We cared about Quality as well. Now that the assembly work is in another country the Quality will suffer."
