"The branch manager and branch operations manager made the environment terrible and unprofessional. orrible company. The office environment is extremely unprofessional from the attire to the conversations that are had in the office. The managers have their favorites and if you dont kiss their ass everyday you will have a target on your back."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Dont try and be friends with everyone. There needs to be a line drawn. You cant go out drinking on the weekends with your employee and not expect the office environment to be chaos."
