"I have worked for this company for 9+ years. In that time I have grown and moved up into the department I am currently in. The company is very family orientated and takes care of their employees. Their compensation packages are comparable to many companies. The management team is supportive and generally cares about the well being of the employees. The only real negative is upward mobility."

"Ive worked at DGA since 2011 they are ok, very strict rules military style as far as you must use their tools and theirs only, wear uniform with shoes they provide no exception, the union is a joke no representation what so ever. You get yelled at and belittled alot, sometimes feel as tho i work with children not adults. Also everday we get 30 min unpaid for whatever reason im u sure of. Bottom line is it looks good from the outside but it isnt. No room for growth and very cheap with pay. dont expect to own a home working here."
