"the worst thing about working there were some of the choices made for management positions. either they played favorites or they were poor at managing their team."

"better qualified managers. listen to your director. stop playing favorites. work with you sales team and teach them. remember that everyone has a life outside of the office and they need to be with their families. don't hold someone back from advancing if just because you don't want them leaving your department or because you don't think there ready."
