Submit a Review"As a desktop support specialist I love working with users. I love interacting with people and getting to know people within the company. I also love solving their problems. It is the most fulfilling to me when I am able to fix their headaches. I also like how I can learn something new almost every day. I hate not being able to fix their issues right away. I find it frustrating when I can't help them when they are in need since I am the go to person."

"If you can't get in, it's mostly your fault. This is a great place to work and grow professionally."

"There is nothing I don't like about working for Univ. of MissourI at Columbia Campus."

"Not really. They are doing exactly what I would want to be treated."

"the work is always busy, the environment and the people are great. The tools that being provided. The customers are great"

"When being interview, be honest of what knowledge you have and what you know. List of things that you have experience in the past. what you have done and what you want to learn and that there are room for mistakes."

"Doesn't give contractor a chance to become full employee. Doesn't get recognition for hard working employee."

"better team management. Update any news from higher management fast and effective."

"Being an administrator, helping the students with needs, the entire of staff of Student Affairs in my division is a team player."

"It only focused on government customers; it never spread its wings."

"Become more diversed in obtaining customers. Go after private sector clients as well as government."

"the lying management is always saying they are going to do things that they have no intention of doing and they can be extremely critical if confronted about their shortcomings"
