"I would recommend to learn a bit of the Flemish culture and way of thinking, felemish are really far from US culture and way of working"

"As I worked in the french entity of a belgium company, sometime I feel a bit too far from the head quarter."

"The main issue with management it's that they are a bit too much Belgium centric, which makes them take wrong decision in term of marketing."
