"Sabre was a very supportive company, EDS allowed flexibility for me to work part of the time in Tulsa and the other part at my home office in Pittsburgh."

"The business support model changed every couple of years but were too long to implement, causing lots of confusion in the ranks."

"Be open and communicate to the employees. These days they only see negative decisions coming through, layoffs, pay cuts, dictated vacations, etc."

"Before committing to something please look at the ROI. Developers make things work, usually in an unstructured and not easily repeatable manner. This must be corrected. Best practices are not always best practice for your business."
