"FDL was a contract assignment so most of these questions are not applicable. But I really enjoyed the people that I was working with there. They made all the difference."

"Do your best and be yourself. FDL is a down to earth place that seems to really value people who are authentic."
What don't you like about working at Dearborn National?
"The only thing I really didn't like about FDL is that my contract assignment ended, thus my work there was discontinued. It took me a while to get to used to the commute, but that became more or less a non-issue before my assignment ended."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Since I was there for such a limited period of time, I am not certain that I can make a fair critique of FDL's management. All of them managers their seemed to be really nice or at the very least, fair."

"My immediate direct reports and my immediate management staff are terrific individuals to work with on a daily basis. They are professional and care a lot about the service they provide."

"Ask for clear comments about where the company is going, what it's committed to and how it is demonstrating that today."

"The lack of direction or focus. Words did not always match deeds or direction with the company."
