"Mostly my supervisor, who cared about the work I did and how it affected the company. He also went out of his way to treat me well and keep me in the loop. I appreciated that as well as the fact that they hired me straight out of University before I had much experience."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The company is good to start with, but you'll only be hired temporarily as the staff is small."

What don't you like about working at Threadall Manufacturing Company?

"The working conditions, the staff were much older than me, the lack of younger people, generally lazy environment. Management often missing, no direction by my superiors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire more co-ops, move into a nicer building for the sake of the office staff."
