"In my position as Field Service Power-Gen Field Support Supervisor, I provided support for 7 Field Service Power Generator (FSP) technicians in 3 separate locations Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, and Rock Island Illinois. My duties included providing coaching, training management, and performance management. I provided Job Safety Observations (JSO) on the job sites to promote a safe environment and identify potential risks and concerns. Conducted a weekly safety briefing every Wednesday morning with all techs to include the use of Skype online. Develop and Maintain customer relationships focusing on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Provided mid-year and end of year feedback and provided peer reviews for compensation and bonuses. In the first year, I covered most of the state of Iowa and part of Illinois totaling 43,000 miles on a service truck free of traffic violations and accident-free."
