"The ability to be praised/recognized when you did a good job and the management not being able to treat every one equal and let all staff that might have some input on something or want to learn other areas every be heard or ever try anything else."

"Have clear goals as a team and give recognition and give the ones an opportunity to succeed or fail at something they really feel that want to be part of the team trying to accomplish"
