"although I did learn alot, mostly about what not to do. I think there are other companies that have more opportunity and better pay that you could learn the same things."

"there were always alot of positive energy. mostly because everyone was either coked up or screwing one another."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"grow up and stop banging the people you work with. It isn't professional and it clouds you vision for your company, because you are to concerned about what your secretary is always doing."

"Helping students develop skills that change the course of their lives, and the challenges of corporate consulting. I also had great supervisors."

"Be flexible. Teaching requires day and night classes."

"More classroom space, but I know they have growing pains and are doing their best."

"I loved work at Frick prior to the TALX purchase. I feel as though I wasn't given a chance to prove myself before my position was eliminated."
What do you like about working at TALX?
"The people there were professional, hard working and it was fun to go to work everyday. I was VERY passionate about performing high at Frick and desired to go above and beyond everyday."
What don't you like about working at TALX?
"When they purchased us, they immediately took my work away even though my performance appraisals were always wonderful. I also reported to an individual who should not have been in a leadership role. She lost it alot and would freak out and yell at others and often cry in her office. It was strange."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Interview me again. I would be interested in coming back to work at TALX. I have a lot of useful knowledge and since I left my experience has grown even more. I would love to give it another shot."

"SYNNEX is a Public Company but tends to have a more family environment."

"Bring your A Game! SYNNEX is a super aggressive company that will both work hard and play hard!"

"The opportunities for advancement for positions outside of the Sales organization are limited at best."

"Continue the aggressive business culture but make sure the employees outside of the Sales org are recognized as well."

"Use this as a career stepping stone, unless you are series about restaraunt management. Then its a great place to be!"

"They didn't pay the best in the industry."

"Lower trainng time into 2 day instead of 3...it tends to get a bit redundant in the third day."

"Good people to work with and they gave me a lot of freedom!"

"Minor communication problems and lack of management in a few areas that effected my job duties. I was told by Supervisors that I worked myself to the top of the ladder and there was nowhere for me to advance. (ironic circumstances in my case)"

"I hope they learned NOT to launch a new product without help documentation or instructions for the end-user."
