"I have worked with Cornerstone less than a year. Compensation is less than market value, but provide onsite snacks and breakfast every day. The shift of focus to profitability has thrown its purpose first culture out the window, especially in regards to the sales divisions.The opportunity might be the right choice for you in your career path, it might also be one where you are given an unattainable goal, consistently chastised for your performance by middle management and eventually pushed out the door."
