"Constant challenges that enable professional growth while allowing for a great work/home ratio."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be serious about your career, study your industry and safety. Working safely is the number one requirement in all that you do."
What don't you like about working at Ledcor?
"Communication tends to die off when nearing the end of a project. From my experience it is due to the growing nature of Ledcor and the line of work we are in. Sometimes projects don't line up one right after the other and this can make for an uncomfortable feeling for those below senior management."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue to grow better, then bigger. I like the direction you are taking with the management team and the changes that are coming down the pipeline."

What do you like about working at David Weekley Homes?
"Manager lets me leave work all the time if things get too stressful. My manager will also be the one paying for drinks when he needs to unwind."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Try to get in your managers clique. If you don't, you will have a hard time there."
What don't you like about working at David Weekley Homes?
"Pay is low. Bonus sometimes seems like a pipe dream. They will ask you to help someone out but that means you will share in the blame afterward. Not worth it."

"Train those guys! Totally unprofessional. Stop just hiring yes men who dont have a clue how to manage."

"Privately owned family run business with a great family running it."

"Negotiate with the benifits package and the extreme hours that are not compensated for."

"Limmited ways to move up and no interest in continuing education for employees."

"Moral is directly related to production so focus on improving moral."

"I like the environment and the projects, as well as the coworkers whom I work with."

"Just be completely honest with everyone. If you do not know something or are not sure on how to do something, be honest and admit it, as you cannot save the ship if you do not know how to plug a hole."

"Sometimes there is not a clear decision-making process, and sometimes there is no teamwork with the superintendents and the construction managers."

"The superintendents need to work as a team with the construction managers, and not work against us."

"they sold the assets we built & I moved back to Texas"

"They are currently looking to build another gathering, treating & compression facilities in south Texas & I'm waiting for their call!"

"Having a good working knowldge of building construction and having resources are of benifit to any person having the ability to perform the work necessary."

"Having projects could be intermitent at times and so the work was not always full time."

"Finding more work in this current economy can be challenging at times but can be done."

"I dislike the challenges of completing projects with constant changes of scope."

"I had very remarkable men working under me on several projects and I appreciated all their efforts."

"Keep in mind that whatever position you are hired for you will only be offered some type of lateral transfer with little to no increase in pay."

"A very condescending attitude was projected from upper management, no mater what your experience level or education."

"If we were good enough to hire and even train then why not trust and appreciate all your employees. Promote from inside the company for new talent, instead of over paying and taking from other companies."

"I loved it. I wish I went to work for them before I went on my own."

"Wonderful company. They pay for all the OSHA training as well as the further education."

"Nothing. The are a great company and they offered training at their expense."

"Once I was able to work under the Division President, I was able to thrive and win the Builder Olympics."

"If they are competing with me for the Project Controls Manager position, I would tell them to not bother and withdraw their name. If they are interviewing for another position, I would wish them good luck."
What don't you like about working at Conception to Reality?
"They don't have a continuous flow of work. Projects were undertaken when the work load of the client companies can not handle it. A wider client base is needed."

"Contact and propose services to additional potential clients to expand client base."
