"Consulting Services was my own creation. I was my own boss. If you are interested in becoming your own boss, make sure you always educate yourself. Know what you are doing and always have promote good customer service."

"Working with contractors/clients to complete construction of commercial facilities. Building and maintaining a field reputation that ensured continued and new business for the company."

What do you like about working at City of Pasadena?
"It was easy going, we got every other Friday off. Managemnt was caring and non confraontational. Coworkers were laid back and non competitive. You could make friends with people and simply be a human being."

"Currently laid off and have not been called back due to lack of work"

"The income was good, the work was interesting and challenging, I liked working with people, working on the computers, doing inspection work, dealing with professionals such as developers, contractors, engineers, etc.,"

"emphasize your skills and abilities."

"It was a temporary job that constantly lasted for 9 years and there was a feeling of no security at all times, that at any given time if someone permanent from the organization felt like it, could get you fired."

"Emphasize that if an employee just does his or her best on the job by giving the employee a periodic chat things will eventually work out for them."
