"A good place to work for the most part. Hr and a few office staff make the place way more difficult. Too much inside political back and forth. A lot of the good old boy system in place as well. It’s far more of who you know and who’s good graces your in that determines your job than what you know or can do"

"I have worked for Conagra for three years and found that the company has a low key easy to work for atmosphere. I am given great latitude to make decisions and improve productivity. I also feel valued as an employee."

"I am currently working at ConAgra Cottage Bakery in Lodi, CA. I learned that is can be tough to find the resources necessary to complete my job. The organization of the company needs work since there are multiple copies of files and no one knows which is the correct one to use. The people are nice though and work hours are flexible."
