"There needed to be more talk from 1 manager to another for the betterment of the employee. Other than that not bad."
What don't you like about working at Imperial Metal Products?
"It was too greasy most of the time on the floor and it was not safe."
What do you like about working at Boeing Commercial Airplanes?
"Operated off of SOPs and is a manufacturing company of commercial aircraft, nice to walk the shop floor and work with the AOG team."

"they gave me chance to become a cnc machinist in the work world when no one else wouldnt."

"im willing to do what ever it takes to make myself better and the company."

"Small shop where everyone knows each other. Every once in awhile, they would do a BBQ for everyone and some folks from other companies."

"Work was dependent on larger companies, when work slowed at the larger company work was removed from the smaller shop. Some of the machines where older and in serious dis-repair."

"It was a clean area with saftey in mind"

"This place is so cheap that they want to try to get rid of you after one year of employment because thay don't want to help you pay for health insurance! The owners get so drunk that they bounce off the walls, also are a bunch of liars, including the (head) sectretary!"
