"The organization is very stable, and those of us in the IT department were compensated well. there was also lots lots of travel opportunities."

"Be yourself, know the subject matter, and not just the buzz words, as the manager is familiar with the work required and can spot those that fake the experience. Have a sense of humor, be personable."
