The senior management has time and again proven to be incapable of controlling the problem as they willingly and enthusiastically play a part in it."

"Constant micromanagement. They really don't want managers, they want followers. Keep your ideas to yourself and you might be successful."

"Value your partners. I had a senior manager tell me we need to hold everybody more accountable. After all in this economy they can't go anywhere else."
