"What I did not like about the company was the busines was constantly declining. We started out as a 24/7 operation. When I left they where working 4 days a week one shift opation. The company filed for bankruptcy. it was very hard to get things approved and purchased."

"Mt recommendations to management is to keep finding ways to begin in new business into facilty."

"Too many policies against regular hourly employees to abide by. Does not allow much room for growth, promotions tend to reflect more on who you know instead of what you know."

"To treat their employees as the foundation of their company instead of as the people who occupy it. Offer more incentives to promote growth, pride and a sense of unity of the company. Prevent the presumption that managers are first class and hourly employees are coach, everyone has hand in making a company great and profitable."
