"CLI utilizes unfair interview procedures. Each employee is required to undergo a different interview process. People of color are required to undergo a more rigorous process. CLI rarely employs people of color to work in their corporate office or supervisor positions. People of color are only allowed to work in their field based positions. Field based positions are not distributed equitably."
