"The coworkers are some of the best people I've met! The job itself is slow-paced and the job duties are very much learned as you go. There is no formal training, you are trained by the person who is leaving for however long they remain. Once they leave you are on your own and have very little support from remaining staff since the job duties do not cross over to other roles."
