The new management team that came from a different store that went out of business, chopped our commissions down, raised the pack on all vehicle's, cut all of our cash bonus's.

I'll take the pay cut, I understand that business is slow, but dont prevent me from outside prospecting. Limiting me from generating business for us by relying on the leads you provide isnt enough. Business is slow, but dont make it impossible to make a living.

Cut commissions, no inventory, and not being paid as we deserve.
