"I like being exposed to a relatively large number of different processes. I rarely see the same process twice."

"Cambrex has a lack of strong, quality leadership in key areas."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Most, if not all, of the management have not worked ANYWHERE else. That being said, I would recommend these individuals to work at other, more successful companies to learn how to operate a plant more efficiently."
