"I worked for Cabot as an engineer from 1992 to 1999. Company was great to work for until about 1998 when the stock price started tanking and Cabot brought in a slasher to fire most of the managers at the Franklin, La plant. I got caught up into the layoffs after 7 yrs of employment. Last 2 yrs I was there the environment was toxic and past performance didn't matter. Had a dweeb new supervisor that promised to get rid of me because he didn't like me. Glad I've been gone as my opportunities in life increased dramatically."
