"I dislike the corporate mentality. There is more concentration on the bottom line than on employees."

"The people, the challenges, the benefits. The complexity of the organization with many possibilities for career growth."
What don't you like about working at HSBC?
"People are scared to lose their jobs, so the atmosphere, instead of one that was highly collaborative is now more fearful, more people out for themselves, and since the company is not being loyal to the individual the morale has suffered greatly."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Instead of looking at dollars cost savings when letting people go, they need to understand the office dynamics, what the individual does and has done for the organization. Create a collaborative environment instead of a fearful one, where most are worrying about keeping their job instead of focusing on the job, doing their best and making it the best company in the world."
