"Selling managed services has been a challenge as we are not recognized as the leader in this space. Our sales teams do not have a good understanding on how to qualify managed services opportunities."

"Lack of support from other departments when deals where closed. If I need software to build a custom API after the deal was closed it might take a month for them to call the client."

"Give sales more power over deals. If a big deal hangs on something very simple just get the deal done."

"The Company was going through an acquisition. Financial strength was a detriment and was the cause for the cuts."

"Management needs to review the reports of what true opportunities are getting ready to close. This helps with forecasting and planning."

"It was rewarding to build up the sales people and encourage them to meet their sales goals. It was also rewarding to see the company's reputation improve over the years I worked with them."

"The construction industry declined in 2008 and it was a difficult struggle to keep the momentum of the company going forward."
