"YES! Be aware of the culture. Middle Eastern European with no communication to their people (worker's). Poor management skills."

"I liked the work. Selling Social Media Solutions to business was an interesting space to operate in. The product I had to sell and the presentation I used were strong."

"Make sure you have a solid exit strategy. The company has good things to offer as far as product and methodology, they are just severely undercapitalized."

"The company had no money. They made a lot of promises that they were not able to follow through with due to their severe under capitalization."

"Stop sharing your dreams with your employees. It gets them overly excited, and then when the dream doesn't happen, you lose credibility."

"Make sure the compensation plan and details are known upfront and agreement is reached on when the compensation plans will be released."

"Too many management layers and remote employers are not supported as they could be."

"SunGard had excellent mannager talent in house, so there is little I can add to the current management styles that are applied."
