"I do not enjoy working for this temp agency. I like the company I am placed with, the company that found me, but not Volt."

"Look for a temp agency who will give you some type of benefits and not just use you to fill their pockets."
What don't you like about working at Volt Workforce Solutions?
"They make money off of me without finding me a job (I was found my the company I work for and they use volt to process my paychecks) no benefits, holiday pay is nearly impossible to get and no vacation. They just make money off of me without doing anything. If I have questions either no one knows or it takes 2 weeks to get an answer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It would help if they were quicker in responding to questions or having answers."

"I enjoyed working at the client that TalentBurst placed me at. The contract gave me an opportunity to push my business skills to the edge. Felt a tremendous sense of accomplishment once I finished the project."

"Lost focus on software. They didn't have a plan when the economy contracted."

"I would have focused on polishing the existing software and consider licensing the platform publicly."

"Be sure the environment works for you. Not everything on HR procedures is documented for your review and it will depend upon your manager to interpret."

"Staff perform their jobs adequately but do not go too much above and byond."

"Patience! Even though I already had a clearance when obtaining my job, the interviewing and on-boarding process takes a lot of time and attention to detail."
What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?
"Occasionally it is confusing to sift through and understand how to navigate the ERP and other corporate tools on the intranet."

"Be clearer with directions with corporate tools. Consolidate access to web tools and review and update how and what they communicate."

"I enjoy the interaction with other teams, it allows for projects to be completed in a timely fashion and manner."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Understand there is no work life balance. Clock starts at 8am and ends at 11pm. You are required to have a smartphone and have emails forwarded to your phone."
What don't you like about working at Inovalon?
"There's no room for growth, it really is a who you know company. People have been there for 4 years in the same positions while others walk in and get promotions and raises within 3 months"

"All managers should go through and training and be evaluated by staff."

"My commute is too long, and I dislike the frequent shuffling of project phases."

"The management style could benefit from a more hands-on approach of the project."

"Laid back, no stress in my department. Some departments have higher stress than others."

"If you're right out of college, SHI is a good company to build your experience. However, for someone who has experience, SHI in my opinion does not have the career growth or pay you are looking for."
What don't you like about working at SHI International?
"SHI still uses internal systems. Despite being a software reseller and tech company, SHI still uses DOS Mainframe for the sales reps to enter their orders. There is no ERP system to provide transparency among the departments. SHI sells licenses for SAP, SAS, and various business solution platforms but too cheap to utilize these systems, as a result the data and information is quite flawed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More synergy needed from different departments. Not enough pay incentive for employees to feel motivated or rewarded for their efforts, thus the large turnover rate."

"Location, feedback from managers, interaction with co-workers. Project content itself"

"Contract ended two months earlier than expected. Some daily reports were deemed unnecessary well after production"

What do you like about working at mFino?
"I like the concept of Mobile money and how people can do their banking, pay bills, receive vouchers etc from the touch of a button on their mobile where they do not have to waste their valuable time standing in que's and waiting for service. We have prepared use cases to the average household too, which was very exciting."

"When interviewing try to get the best. Its ok, even if they do not know the answer or they can't do the job, but a Can do attitude is a must."

"I love to work where ever I am. The only drawback for me is to leave my family for complete 2 yrs to go oversea."

"Our CEO is the best where I worked with him, hand-on-hand. He has great ideas to keep the business revolving and taking it to soaring heights. But need to have a very good sales team to sell business and get more customers."
