Centered on family profit. Place with reputation being an environment most did not want to work at. Few core favoritism veteran employees are valued but majority are fired, quit, or looking. Respected and appreciated employees at other area restaurants have said that family is not good to work for."

"There is a lack of employees who do their job, or lack of ones who actually help out. There is no looking out for the other guy."

"I really liked most everything until the past couple years. They are going through in-depth organization restructuring that has caused numerous job changes and has severely impacted the overall culture and morale."

"The opportunities seem slimmer every day, I feel taken advantage of."

"I would make a lot of adjustment with seating and the amount of waitresses. I would also find things that would make it easier on the waitresses, because angry frustrated workers seem to rebel more than work."
