"I have worked at BSEE as a petroleum engineer since 2007.The pay is low by industry standards.The depth of reservoir engineering analysis,expertise and software is below industry standards (mainly due to budget constraints).Hiring and promotion of diversity candidates is a priority (over non-diversity candidates)."
