"I've worked for Brown Brothers Harriman, as a fund accountant. While it is a big bank that has many parts of the services, my particular role as a fund accountant was to oversee the whole processes of deriving the NAV for our clients, making sure every part are in line and precisely correct. If you are into the operation of fund accounting, it is nice place to learn and work for. However, it lacks with upward mobility and the nature of job is pretty mundane."
"I've worked for Brown brothers since 2006. I have held many various roles with the firm in operations."
"It was a great opportunity and friendly staff and great customer experience."

"Toxic management, unclear projects and strategy, rework and focusing on minutia is the norm, very low employee morale, no employee recognition, high employee turnover (high performers are usually the first to leave), management leads via fear tactics, outdated processes (i.e., email request systems, Lotus notes, manual data via Excel, etc.). Avoid the Systems organization at all costs. A disappointment."
"Sometimes crazy, but good opportunities abound."
"Stay away"
