"I worked for Brighton Rehab for two years. My coworkers were wonderful, and I received a lot of support from my direct managers. The position was full-cycle HR: hiring, terminations, recruiting, labor relations, FMLA, unemployment, etc.. Upper management gave a lot of push back on giving employees the tools they needed to perform their jobs effectively, which is why I left."
