"I worked for Breezin 4 years, from my first day everyone was mean nasty and bitter in office. My position seemed to change employees 6 times. two years prior I stayed because the owner said I was refreshing. Unfortunately he is the least invested owner and has no control over his people but extremely needy. Blames worker, customers, even neighboring business. There is no structure at first you want to help him because you know his office workers are not doing the right thing and he complains to each employee about the other employees. He is lazy, ignorant and bias and unethical. Cheap as hell and does not get involved in the community and blames the community because they recommend other HVAC companies. he wants everything for free. I have seen 13 office people come and go within 4 years when the office only has 4 people in it. He creates Animosity in office and when employees leave he says the same thing about them."
