"The opportunity to see results in a fast paced environment. The opportunity to implement much needed administration tools such as database backup strategy and webLogic application server monitoring, maintenance and implementation strategies and solutions."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"BU is a great place to work. Just make sure you have an offer in hand prior to starting."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My supervisor had 20 people under him when I started. Two months later, he was down to 0. It's not fair for me to comment much beyond that, in that obviously the University was going through a dramatic shake up in the IT department."
