"My regional team is awesome. I worked very hard at developing a great working relationship with them.They would do anything for me, which is a big compliment."

What don't you like about working at Boston Market?
"No growth at all. No raise after 3 years, although I ranked in the top 3/5 since I've been here (was told I capped and made to much money !) On call 24/7, working ALL holidays including Thanksgiving and Christmas (no comp either)."

"I would say treat your employee the way you want to be treated and always be an ear to listen to them since they are the ones working the hardest to make XO or any company what they are today..."

"As the training manager of the training unit, I had to assist in letting go of all the managers in our market, the day we had to close down all the stores."
