"My regional team is awesome. I worked very hard at developing a great working relationship with them.They would do anything for me, which is a big compliment."

"I wouldn't recommend working here in sales."

What don't you like about working at Boston Market?

"No growth at all. No raise after 3 years, although I ranked in the top 3/5 since I've been here (was told I capped and made to much money !) On call 24/7, working ALL holidays including Thanksgiving and Christmas (no comp either)."
