"I've worked at Boss Fight for over 3 years. Boss Fight is a small company with a lot of chance to be great, and individuals there can make a large impact on day to day decisions. Unfortunately, the founders of Boss Fight have mixed priorities. They have final say in all decisions, but only touch-and-go, resulting in major changes to the direction of their products on a frequent basis. These changes are not based on user research or experimentation; purely on the whims of the founders. As a result, working at Boss Fight becomes a slog, the culture has waned, and individual ownership diminishes."
