"I have worked for BMC Software since April 2013. Wonderful work environment, however what is most important is the direction for the product and goals for the product. I'm working at a mid level while I have 16+ years of experience. I did speak about my expectations at length during the hiring process, however due to reorg, manager who hired me and my current manager are different. The need they have is different."
