What do you like about working at CBC?
"I liked helping the people in the community who were not able to fill out charity applications for the local hospital, and to help them fight insurance companies that didn't want to pay."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Have good credit, and thick skin, they will have to either make collection calls to people, or if in the medical section fight with insurance companies."
What don't you like about working at CBC?
"I didn't really like the fighting with insurance companies to pay but I liked the end result when I was able to get them to pay, not only because the hospital got their money but it took the financial strain off of some of the less fortunate people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I don't really, Overall she was nice and gave pushes when needed."

"Balance independent work and supervision."

"don't bother, they eventually wil be closing another warehouse"

"I liked being able to use the skills I had aquired while completing my degree in Medical Billing & Coding. I did learn quite a bit, even though there wasn't any training...you basically learned on your own there."

"The people that I worked with were unprofessional, used foul language, and really were not team players at all."

"They need to hire supervisors that actually know how to supervise."
