"It was hard to work for them and start your real estate career. I felt their systems were all very antiquated and researching other companies there are much more options available. Also, they were not very helpful with teaching you "the ropes" or helping provide ways to get leads."
"Berkshire is a great company to work for, the resources and training are top notch. There is a lot to learn from leadership. The Michigan Avenue office is especially special because you have access to many resources and upper management can be reached at anytime to assist and coach you. It doesn't matter if you are a seasoned realtor or a new one, they're invested in your success."
"Good place to work - many good perks."
"I think this position has been a great starting job out of college. And while I am fairly happy with the general work I do, I have come to realize the lack of growth this particular position offers. I have also been somewhat put off by the company’s need to constantly bring social and political issues into the workplace, which has been increasingly common during the work from home period."
"Not a software development shop!"
"I only was there a short time period , but the training was sub par I thought considering the extensiveness of the work"
"Epitome of micromanagement and office politics."
"When I worked for J-M there was a quite limited future for contract engineers so I left for a VP position."
"IT organization rife with politics, total lack of vision and not valued by the organization."
