"Fast environment, manager making quick decisions (often in hallway or cubic), plans changing often based on marketing and custom requirements. Managers/team leaders/developers were not only hands-on and had strong problem solving skills but also were very analytical and had strong theoretical knowledge."

"Software engineers must pass written test like C (implement strdup, strtok, bit wise manipulation), C++, data structures (linked list, tree, queue), algorithms (search, sorting, complexcity, merger, etc), embedded software related topics like setup a memeory mapped register, interrupt handling,etc."

"Too much paper work required by FDA regulations."
