"At Beautylish, I formalized and engineered a Purchase Order tool that manages about $221K/ month worth of inventory globally. This tool enabled different teams to communicate and work more effectively to bring on more vendors and products to our service. Spearheaded the Instant Refund feature, which automates the store credit issued to customers once a return is created. Order returns, are not a pleasant shopping experience on any e-commerce store, by automating the store credit issued once a package has been dropped off, it delivers a slightly better experience. Customers with Instant Refund issued, returned 45% for repeat purchases v/s 28% from regular returns."
