"Be honest and be able to do what you say you can. All to often people think they can do something they have no experience with and then find out it's harder than they thought."

What don't you like about working at BCI Mechanical?

"The company is run like a Mom and Pop operation and has reached it's limitation until that changes, also the owner has no HVAC background and makes poor decisions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow your managers to do what you hired them for and don't second guess their every move"
