"I have very good experience working with BCBSA, the environment over there is always positive. I really had a good relationship with employers over there. They want to extend my contract but I require sponsorship which they are not sponsoring visas anymore."

What do you like about working at Blue Cross Blue Shield?

"I enjoy that there is a decent range of projects. I like that one day I can work on intranet content management systems and the next be tasked with creating an animation for health care providers."

What don't you like about working at Blue Cross Blue Shield?

"I dislike the lack of job advancement, lack of technological innovation, lack of progression, lack of professionalism, lack of oversight, and lack of accountability."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The team leader is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about her professionalism and knowledge of people and the technology she is charged with. The manager, however, is billed as a social media expert and has never used Twitter or Facebook, and is unfamiliar with simple concepts like Flash and server side languages."
