"On three or more occasions, managers berated and belittled me in close proximity to our work area, where I am sure some was being overheard."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I am not sure. It seemed as though there was a seething undercurrent of discontent there, all the time. The managers seemed to hate their jobs, too."
