"I was approached in 2017 by the owner of basin to take over as VP of Operations, I prayed about it and took the leap, even knowing that is was some different and a smaller firm that i was used to. The company had great people and want to, just that the owner was less than giving in the desired wants making it a company of 16 years to not grow as it should have. I help push the business to 4 times it had done in any year of business but just the knowing that that was not what the owner wanted was a struggle."
