What don't you like about working at Bankers Life and Casualty?

"massive cold calling, even though they tell you that they give you warm leads from direct mailers. Not enough structure, and manager has too much control over who gets what kind of leads. for example, if leads are called in, the manager has the power to decide who will get it. And plus we are in constant competition with the manager because he doesnt just manage, he can be an agent too! so if he doesn't have a favorite agent to give the few good leads to, he can just do it himself, and have everyone else struggle through cold calling"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More support and more training for new agents. help them book appointments."
