"Politics and abuse is observed in the work place. The employees are not appreciated and excuses are used to fire people and replace them with family/friends. There is no possibility of growth, since all the managerial positions are help for expatriates, coming from Brazil. The environment is a mix of fear, desperation to get out of there, and abuse. Be aware."
